Thanks for dropping by our listing. Guest House Tatara is situated on Lake Nakaumi and 5 minute walk from a small beach and BBQ. This room has a view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We live right next door so if there are any problems or you need some advice then we will be close by to help! Below the space is a self service Farmers Market that get's daily fresh fruits & vegetables. Our space also provides free parking spaces & bike use. BBQ rental is available for extra. The space This reverse cycle air-conditioned room located on the second floor is one of two that contains 2 double beds, there is also a sofa bed that opens out. Sleeping up to 6 people with free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, sink, kitchen, shower, and downstairs a bidet & washing machine. There is an additional room with bunk beds and dining table. This property was renovated in 2022 with new floors, plumbing, kitchen & furniture. We have a modern western style toilet, although the toilet is outside, it is located in a well lit area & is part of the reception building. The Bedroom has multiple windows able to pick up the breeze from the lake to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Guest access The entire 2nd floor of the property will be exclusive to you during your stay which includes the rooms, kitchen and shower. Additionally the toilet is also exclusive and private. On the first floor there is a Farmers market which is open to the public as well as guests also there are some bikes that are free to use for guests. For any questions or information you can come into the reception area of the adjacent office building between 10am - 6pm. Other things to note BBQ rental on or offsite is available with scalable options. The Farmers market is open between 10am - 6pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from October - June.
