Cozy Rocky Fork Lake Cabin, W/ Dock & RV Electric

NOT LAKEFRONT. I cannot say "lake" anything without Airbnb defaulting to that. Lake ACCESS only. The house has 1 full (shower) and a half bath downstairs. A half bath is also upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a TV room. The TV room has a fold down futon. The Cabin t is about 180 yards from the lake and my dock, which I'll share with you. The downstairs includes a desk, couch, kitchen and bath, with a covered patio. Clean, quiet and comfortable for those vacationing or working in the area. The space Fully equipped, relaxing and convenient to the lake and surrounding area. We are about 10 miles out of Hillsboro with two queen beds and one twin in 2 bedrooms. The futon in the upstairs TV room can be folded down to a full “bed” but the TV room does not have its own door. The downstairs couch also folds out to a small bed if needed. The path to the lake has a hill, not a Norris Lake hill, but my 85-year-old parents get picked up at the lake gas station. From the front door it is a lasered 177 yards to the dock. You do not have a lake view but I have sat on the dock or at a shard picnic table in the woods for years. I have been making that trek about 20 years from my lake house next door. Guest access The entire house and the left side of the dock (from shore) for a boat. Or just sit on the dock and watch the sun rise. BOTH the bedrooms are upstairs and the 180-yard walk to the dock includes a hill. If mobility is an issue, this is not a good fit. A code will be sent to get you in, and a set of keys are on the key hook. Other things to note I am usually next door, often with family or friends myself. Please feel free to stop and say hello if we're around but that is up to you. If you are on your own agenda, just reach out if you need anything. I have a dog kennel if you have dogs/ bird dogs. I'm within 45 minutes of several pheasant preserves and 10s of thousands of acres of public land available for hiking or hunting. The Pike State Forest ATV trails are 15 or so miles away. Trash is at a central dumpster open Wed noon to 6PM and Sunday noon to 5PM. I will take care of it if I'm around. If you need to, the dumpster is out of the cul-de-sacs, left on Heather-Moor trail 100 yards, right on Highland Hills Drive 100 yards to the first left, left on Holiday Way and the trash is the first left. Let me know and I will text Chris you are coming as you need a pass. I have a fire pit and there is wood available. Please use it responsibly but don't buy any.
