Hello, our apartment is located directly on the Westensee Nature Park and only 7 minutes from Kiel. It is ideal for relaxation for vacationers and professionals. It's a non-smoking apartment. However, smoking is allowed on the associated terrace. Parking is available. The price is per month including all utilities. The apartment is rented only to individuals, as already listed in the official information. The rental is private. Other things to note The price already includes electricity costs, heating costs, water costs, sewage costs and final cleaning. There will be no additional cleaning fee with us! Towels, dish towels and bed linen are also included in the price, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
