As the sun begins to set, find yourself comfortably seated in a muskoka chair around the large fire pit, telling stories and counting stars! The main level boasts floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. Other things to note The cottage is very cozy and energy efficient. In the winter, the home is heated by a combination of in-floor heating (main floor), baseboard heaters, and gas fireplace. In the summer, guests are able to use the 4 mini-split air conditioning units throughout the home for cooling. These units are located in the following areas: main living area, primary bedroom, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Please note that water levels near the shore and dock fluctuate seasonally. Water level may not always be suitable for docking larger boats.
