Home & Decor Guidelines You may rearrange furniture for comfort, but please keep the unit neat and clean to prevent pests. Note that the unit is not noise-proof. Important Rules: * Do not use tape or glue on walls, mirrors, or the ceiling. * DO NOT SPRAY ALCOHOL on wood or door knobs; it will cause bleaching and damage. Pricing & Cleaning Fee A one-time, flat-rate cleaning fee is charged separately to offer friendlier pricing for long-stay guests. It is not bundled into the nightly rate and helps us ensure fair wages for our local cleaning community. Guest access Guests can use the pool and gym. Other things to note Guests must maintain cleanliness: segregate/take out trash and wash used dishes. ​Linens/towels are circulated; they will not be the exact ones shown in photos. Lost Key has a ​Php 3,000 penalty.
