Heavenly Hilltop is a spacious three-level retreat offering breathtaking mountain views just a short distance from Pine Mountain Lake’s Marina Beach and 25 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park. This 4,600-square-foot home is designed for large groups and families, featuring six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a variety of entertainment spaces. The space The home features WiFi, four flat-screen TVs with Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+, a DVD player, and a game room with pool table, ping pong, and foosball. For comfort, the home has central heating and air conditioning, with an additional portable A/C unit in the game room. Ceiling fans and a wood-burning stove provide extra climate control. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, tea kettle, washer, and dryer. Guests can enjoy a basketball hoop, a pellet BBQ grill, a hot tub, and outdoor seating with scenic views. This home has exterior security cameras for safety. The elevator is not in service. Maximum occupancy is 20 guests, including children. Sleeps up to 16 guests in beds—it is up to the guests to arrange additional sleeping accommodations for extra occupants. Gated Community Access & Fees Pine Mountain Lake requires a one-time, non-refundable $50 access fee per vehicle for entry. This fee is paid directly to the HOA. Stays of eight or more nights may require additional fees per PMLA regulations. Additional Details Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited, except for the proper use of gas firepits. A gas BBQ is available, but propane is not included. Guests may preorder a tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market. Firewood is not provided. Parking & Accessibility Driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. This property has both interior and exterior stairways.
