You can walk right down the beach, all the way to Irvine! Also just a short walk to the convention center, Queen Mary, bars, restaurants, and shops. Bluff Park is a mile away with free Yoga on the Bluff at least once a day at 11 AM! The space Driving distance to: Long Beach Convention Center - 1 mile; 18 minute walk Downtown LA - 45 minutes Long Beach Airport - 20 minutes LAX - 35 minutes BEDROOM - Queen size bed with velvet headboard. LIVING ROOM - Large sofa with electric standing desk for those that work from home. 65" TV with smart capabilities for you to login. BATHROOM - Dual sinks; 1 full shower (no bathtub) PARKING - One spot in community garage. There is also free street parking throughout the community. PLEASE NOTE: Alamitos Beach is a busy neighborhood with an accessible beach available year round; therefore, parking can be tough. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible and recommended alternatives. EV CHARGER - Details to be determined upon booking. Charging may only occur during non-peak hours according to Southern California Edison Energy Company, which is midnight - 6 AM. Please keep the following guest rules in mind: - No shoes within the condo. Please keep them in the closet to the right of the door when you walk in. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. My neighbors are now your neighbors :) - No smoking inside the home. No drugs. - Please do not rearrange the furniture. - No guests other than those allotted for when booking. 30+ days ONLY. In accordance with HOA rules and regulations, all guests will need to sign HOA rules and provide proof of insurance of at least $500k in coverage prior to check-in, with the HOA listed as an interested party (or similar, depending on insurance company). Guest access You will have access to the entire unit. Check-in time is anytime after 2 PM. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is my home and there will be personable belongings in the unit. You will have a dedicated area for your clothes and full use of kitchen, etc. however you will not have access to the bedroom's walk-in closet.
