Guests are welcome to use our Resort-like facilities which include a sparkling indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, steam and sauna rooms. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you can think of- all linens, towels, toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, condiments, tea and coffee etc. to get you started. Important note: Only standard vehicles fit in the garage. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and all amenities but as it is privately owned guests will need to contact me directly and NOT the Concierge for all matters. Other things to note Please note the following: *House guests only, other guests on specific arrangement with the host *Strict No Party Policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline $165 per call out fee plus $55 admin fee). *NO Bucks/Hens parties or Schoolie/School leaver groups permitted. *No smoking whatsoever anywhere on the property *A $500 security bond is required to be paid prior to check in which is fully refunded providing no damage or regulations are breached.
