Boats can be launched here and moored at the jetty in front of the house. The house has a 1/4 share of the jetty, the other 3/4 is shared by neighbours. The Rotoiti Water Shuttle does transfers to and from the renowned Rotoiti hot pools in the middle of the lake. A must do when visiting! Other things to note • Host available by phone or email during your stay • Unfenced lakefront access - children must be supervised • Retained garden section near lake has drop - extra care required • Staircases and balconies may not be suitable for unsupervised toddlers • No parties or loud gatherings - located in a quiet residential area • Quiet hours 10pm-7am The garden area that leads to the waterfront has a retained section with a drop to grass so all guests should take extra care in this area due to the risk of falls. Young children will require supervision around the staircase and balcony areas.
