The space The property will best suit family groups or couples seeking accommodation with close access to the beautiful beaches, walking trails and the National Parks of Jervis Bay. The Main King size bedroom with double ensuite is upstairs. Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining and lounge areas bathed in natural light with ducted air conditioning and heating. Views to Jervis Bay's blue water draw you outside to the large entertaining deck with dining, lounge and BBQ area. Enjoy your morning coffee with the music of the birds and glimpses of the water. Lounge around during the day on the sun lounge and in the afternoons catch the sunsets whilst dining on the deck. There are also two decks enjoying views of the huge back yard and bush views to the rear. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom and laundry. There is a Queen size bed and built-in wardrobe in one room, and in the other room there are 2 King Single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Both rooms feature air-conditioning and heating. The kitchen features a dishwasher, gas cooktop, fan oven, coffee machine, microwave oven and large fridge freezer along with full crockery/ and cutlery for 6. All kitchen needs are supplied. All bedding, linen, pillows are provided at no charge. There is a large fenced back yard. There is a bush block next door full of trees and birds which adds to the privacy of the property. Enjoy! Guest access Guest have access to the entire house. Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note There are STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY.
