The master king bedroom comes with a TV, while the second queen bedroom also features a TV and is attached to a full bathroom complete with a luxurious whirlpool tub. An additional full bathroom includes a sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. Highridge Condominiums boasts a wealth of amenities, including an indoor heated pool, a fitness room, a community game room, a hot tub, an indoor pool, and private saunas, ensuring relaxation and fun for everyone. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
