Relax with the whole family & enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in Pukehina. Paddle board & kayak off the front lawn, or cross the road for a surf or boogie board. No Events, Gatherings, Pets or Day Visitors without written permission from Hosts (charges apply). The space Open plan living area with kitchen, dining & living area. Expansive deck area with outdoor dining, lounge area's and BBQ. A large kitchen with generous equipment and pantry items. First guest room is the large master bedroom with estuary deck access. Second guest room with queen size bed and estuary views. Third guest room with queen size bed. Shared bathroom on upper floor for 3 bedrooms. Rumpus room with queen and two single beds on ground floor, with separate bathroom. Laundry located in single storage garage and is available for Guest use. Basement storage area contains 3 kayaks and 4 paddle boards available for guess use. Expansive lawn area's for sports/games, parking or boat(s). @690pukehina Guest access A Smart Lock is installed on Main Entry door for keyless access. Other things to note Rental Rules: Please read all instructions carefully as charges may apply for extra Guests, Visitors, extra cleaning/rubbish, damages or extra services. The House Rules Manual is available in the Holiday Rental with all other information you require for an enjoyable stay. Communications: - Please ensure your chosen Booking App and/or Email/TXT has notifications "turned ON" for all messages as we will be sending you important information prior to and during your stay. - Please aim to respond to all messages ASAP (< 24 hours) to confirm receipt and avoid delays. Events / Gatherings: - No Events or gatherings are to be held on the property unless approved in writing by Hosts. - If you are visiting Pukehina for a Wedding or Special Event, then please request permission to have additional Family & Friends over, and we can agree an additional cost for hosting them. - Under no circumstances will more that 20 Persons be approved at the property. - For the avoidance of doubt only the paying Guests are entitled to use the property and amenities including water-sports equipment. Additional Guests: - Additional Guests are NOT permitted unless approved in writing by Hosts. - All additional guests will incur a charge of $115 (incl. GST) per person (per night) whether in-house, or camping in tents, cars, vans, campers etc. Non-Staying Guests (Day Visitors): - Non-Staying Gusts (Day Visitors) are NOT permitted unless approved in writing by Hosts. - All Day Visitors will incur an extra charge of $57.50 (incl. GST) per person (per day) (Adult or Child >2) - These charges are to cover extra cleaning, wear & tear, rubbish, recycling, extra septic use and access to water sports equipment (kayaks & paddle boards) Pets: - Pets are NOT permitted unless approved in writing by Hosts. - All approved Pets will incur a Pet Fee of $57.50 (incl. GST) per Pet (per stay). - These rules also apply to any visitors (non-paying Guests). Our pet conditions are: - No aggressive dogs (towards people or other animals) - Dogs must not be allowed to chase estuary birds - Dogs must not be allowed to bark continuously (causing nuisance to neighbours or passers-by) - Pets must not sit/climb on beds or furniture - All poo’s must be picked-up, bagged and placed in rubbish - Dogs must be supervised at all times & not left to roam property or street Smoking / Vaping: - No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house. - Please extinguish all cigarettes in ashtray and do not throw on lawn or garden. - Please empty ashtrays into a “rubbish bag” before disposing in Red Rubbish Bins. Rubbish & Recycling: - All rubbish is to be “bagged” and placed in Red Bin. - All cardboard & aluminium recycling is to be placed in Yellow Bin. - All boxes must be broken down flat before placing in Yellow Bin. - All bottles are to be rinsed and placed in Blue Bin. - All rubbish or recycling (including bottles) that do not fit in the designated bins at main roadside entry must be removed from site by the Guests. - No rubbish including green waste to be left on property or neighbouring estuary reserve Food Consumption: - Do not allow food to be consumed on or in beds. - Any stains from food will result in guest charges for linen cleaning or replacement. BBQ: - Do NOT use BBQ unless you intend to clean it thoroughly after use. - Please use BBQ Wipes / Handy towels / cleaning spays / brushed to ensure BBQ is left clean and ready for use by next Guests. - An extra charge of $100 will apply for Cleaners to clean BBQ. Quiet Times: - Quiet times - Mid-night to 08.00am - Noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times to avoid disturbing neighbours Parking: - All vehicles must be parked close to house in front of garage (on estuary side of house). - Vehicles must not be parked on public access-way alongside estuary or within 10 metres of estuary. Watersports equipment: - We provide water sports equipment for paying Guests use only. - Do NOT drag paddle-boards & kayaks causing damage to hulls or fins, these must be carried by one or 2 persons as required. - Paddle boards are not to be used in shallow water where fins will be damaged. - Guests will be responsible for all repair costs. - Children MUST be supervised at all times. - All equipment is to be rinsed with fresh water and returned to its designated location after use. Security / CCTV: - Security camera are installed externally at front and rear of property and include motion sensors and video/audio recording. - If you would like these turned-off for privacy reasons then please ask.
