Located right on the beach of JungutBatu with captivating views of the lagoon and the renowned Shipwreck surf break, Villa Pasir has 4 bedrooms rented individually: 2 on the beachfront (keylor and Bibis) 2 right at the back (Juluw and Made - no direct seaview) This listing is for room Juluw Immerse yourself in the tranquil island vibes as you unwind in this stylish and comfortable retreat The space Room "Juluw" boasts a spacious king-size bed (180x200) and a large single bed (130x200), comfortably accommodating up to three guests. Our standard rate is based on double occupancy, and an additional charge applies for a third guest, seamlessly integrated into the room price upon selecting "3 guests." When not in use, the single bed transforms into a cozy sofa with ample cushions. Guests can relish the communal daybeds positioned at the front of the villa, offering stunning views of the lagoon. The room is well-appointed with amenities such as a ceiling fan, air-conditioning, a mini-bar, and tea/coffee facilities. Complimentary for our guests' use are a 2-seater kayak and a stand-up paddle, perfect for exploring the nearby waters. While breakfast is not included, numerous cafes and restaurants along the beach, all within walking distance, provide tempting options for delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner experiences. Guest access Each room is fully private with independent entrance and set of keys. We use enzyme cleaners to keep drains fresh, but let us know immediately if you need assistance. EXTRA GUEST The standard rate applies for 0-2 guests. Please ensure that any children who will be sleeping with their parents bed are included in your reservation to avoid any confusion or inconvenience (no charge for infant : 0-2 years old) Please note that the maximum occupancy for this listing is 3 adults and 1 infant. No additional guests or infants are allowed WIFI Despite our internet provider offering a speed of 10-20 Mbps, it's important to note that internet connectivity on Nusa Lembongan Island can occasionally be slow and unstable. As we are situated on a small island, the internet speed you can expect may not be the same as what you would receive on the mainland of Bali. POWER CUTS Nusa Lembongan is a peaceful, secluded island where things can differ from what we're accustomed to at home. It's worth noting that power cuts can occur on the island from time to time, although they are usually brief and don't exceed one hour. WILDLIFE Many villas in Bali have open bathrooms and living rooms, which can attract wildlife. All our villas are treated by a pest control company for rodents and insects. Geckos, which help control spider and mosquito populations, are a common and harmless feature in Bali. MONEY EXCHANGE / ATM You can exchange money at several locations on the island. While many resorts and restaurants accept credit cards (with usually 3% credit card fee surcharge), cash is necessary for renting a scooter, going snorkelling, and participating in other day trips. Nusa Lembongan has a limited number of ATMs, which have withdrawal limits and can occasionally run out of money. It's advisable to bring some cash with you to avoid any inconvenience. ENVIRONMENT Like many places, Nusa Lembongan is committed to reducing the use of plastic on the island. You can do your part by bringing a reusable water bottle to avoid having to rely on plastic ones. Additionally, when shopping locally, kindly refuse plastic bags and use your own carry bag instead. The villa takes pride in supporting and contributing to "Lembongan Cleaning," a local association of business owners who work together to clean public areas on the island. LAST BOAT TO LEMBONGAN AT 5PM Please be aware that the final boat departing from Sanur, Bali to Lembongan Island leaves at 5:00 PM, and passengers are required to be at the boarding desk at least 30 minutes prior to departure (4:30 PM). It's not feasible to travel to the island after this time. If you plan to travel directly from the airport to Nusa Lembongan, please ensure that your flight arrives no later than 2:30 PM. If you are arriving later than 2:30 PM, we suggest spending the night in Bali, for example, in Sanur, and taking a boat to the island the following morning. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT We appreciate that everyone wants to maximise their time on the island. While early check-in will be provided if possible, this is subject to availability and whether other guests are checking out on the same day. The same applies to late check-out. We recommend contacting us the day before your arrival to confirm any special requests. Please note that standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. You are welcome to store your luggage with us until the accommodation is ready or if you wish to explore the island on your last day. CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION Please note that we have a strict cancellation policy. Once the booking is confirmed, any cancellation or change in the reservation will result in a penalty charge. Please review the details of our cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation.
