Family Friendly: Hot Tub, AC, Game Room, The View!

Our house has 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, 3 living rooms, games and gym area, and laundry room. The backyard is secluded with unparalleled view of Turtle Mountain from the hot tub, sitting, or dining areas, making it a perfect spot for taking selfies. We are surrounded by mountain landscapes, endless outdoor activities, and several historical landmarks. So, whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, our home is where you want to stay! The space Our home offers: * 4 large bedrooms * 3 living rooms * Large kitchen with modern Samsung appliances * Dining room area that easily seats 8 people * 3 and 1/2 bathrooms * Large laundry area with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and sorting table In addition to the above amenities, on the lower level, you will find: * dedicated workspace in fourth bedroom * games area that includes a pool table, foosball table, arcade game * workout area with two treadmills, elliptical, bands, and free weights * two separate living rooms Outside, you will find two large decks, where you can take in the epic mountain views. Sit in the cozy outdoor furniture as you sip your morning coffee or fire up the grill and enjoy a BBQ meal alfresco that you can enjoy at the outdoor eating area for 6. The lower deck is where you will find the 6-person hot tub with the most amazing views of the mountain ranges that surround the Crowsnest Pass. The large yard wraps around the house and is extremely private, considering the house is located in town and at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home is equipped with 3 TVs, high-speed WIFI, an in-house washer, and a dryer in the oversized laundry room. Our home is also family friendly but not child proof: we have children's dinnerware, games available, kids books, coloring books and crayons, a pack and play playpen/bed, highchair, baby monitor, sound machine available at no extra cost. ☆Note☆There are stairs leading up to the front door, in the house leading to the lower level and off the patio in the backyard. So, even though a baby gate is available, it is not permanently mounted, so babies/children would have to be monitored at all times. Guest access There is no access to the following areas; furnace room, cold room, and under stair storage, all located downstairs. Guest are NOT allowed to use the wood burning fireplace on the lower level, as part of our insurance restrictions. The garage is also not accessible to guests. Other things to note Business License: 1878 Development Permit: DP2022-ST040 Due to Land Use Bylaw No. 868-2013 Schedule 18 our maximum number of guests over the age of two is "6 total," and only off-street parking is allowed! We have space for four small-mid vehicles or two large ones available on our driveway. *Note* "Please understand, we back onto an open field and Mountains near by. You might see or encounter wildlife while at our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: bears, raccoons, skunks, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We can not control Mother Nature and, therefore do not refund if you encounter any during your stay."
