To enhance your exploration, you can rent bikes from Drifters Rentals and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep. Nestled by the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway, this complex boasts a dock and boat launch, providing the perfect vantage point to witness breathtaking sunsets over the glistening water. When the summer heat beckons, jump into the communal pool! For beach enthusiasts, access to the sandy shores is just a short walk away, or you can embark on a thrilling 4x4 drive on the beach at Cubbedge Rd, located a mere quarter mile to the north. The highlights of the beach house:  - With comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and a spacious open floor plan, the main space of the home is comfortable and inviting. You’ll also find a selection of board games for some at-home entertainment.   - The fully-equipped culinary space leaves nothing to be desired, boasting quality appliances and all the essential tools. Start your mornings with the tantalizing aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and relish the convenience of a dishwasher, allowing you to save time and quickly return to the delightful activities that await you. - For sit-down meals, there’s a dining table to accommodate 5 guests.   - 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests as such: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed - A washer and dryer for your convenience. Some detergent is provided but not replenished* Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week. Other things to note Mid-stay maintenance checks will be done every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note that this is mandatory. We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. Baby equipment is available for a fee. Guests will need to climb stairs. There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details. Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests staying 30 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay maintenance check to help ensure everything is in good working order. This service is provided at no additional cost. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay. - Pets are not allowed - Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions
