Room near TUM Garching /semester stay possible

The cozy, quiet room is located on the 2nd floor. It is especially suitable for students or researchers who need a calm place to live and study. S-Bahn and two bus lines are within a 7-minute walk. The airport, Freising, Garching, Munich city centre and TUM can be reached in about 30 min. Guests may prepare vegetarian meals in the kitchen. Shops, restaurants and daily amenities are nearby. We share the house with a nice dog. If our schedule allows, we offer a free airport pickup or drop-off. Guest access Our guests can spend time on the terrace at the dining table and in the park. Our kitchen is very small and full and is used by us throughout the day. Our guests can use it for drinks and the preparation of small meals. Washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes horse are available. During your stay We are happy to interact with our guests when desired, while fully respecting their privacy. Business travellers usually enjoy a quiet stay, while guests with more free time may occasionally join us for a meal or small activities, such as a visit to the Freising market. If interested, we are happy to plan this in advance together. Other things to note Our dog Buddy was a stray and has yet to learn to fully accept guests. But our guests are also very welcome to play with him with a ball or accompany him on our walks. PARKING: There are visitor parking spaces close to the house. In the evening, the parking spaces are often occupied, then there are other parking spaces that can be used in the immediate vicinity. LONG TERM STAY: Longer stays of more than four weeks are also possible on request. In this case, we would like to know more precisely who is coming into our home. For longer stays, our guests are responsible for cleaning the room and bathroom regularly on a weekly basis. We can provide fresh bed linen and towels after seven nights on request.
