Anchored by a gas fireplace with stone surround, the main living area includes a game table with cards, chips, and a shuffler. Relax on the queen sectional bed and screen a movie on the 72-inch TV. The second living area includes a billiard table and a 50-inch TV. A Ping-Pong table in the garage offers even more fun. The modern kitchen is appointed with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge). Gather for meals around the dining table for eight. Outside, you can soak in the hot tub on the balcony while dinner sizzles on the propane grill or take in a bit of sun on the top-floor deck. The five bedrooms include a primary suite with a TV, private sundeck access, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in steam shower. High-speed Orbi WiFi, Sonos, a washer/dryer, a high chair, and a Pack 'N Play are provided as well. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have air conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are okay). This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum occupancy is enforced/patrolled 24 hours a day (meaning even an afternoon barbecue with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction. There is no hot tub use after 10 pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Quiet hours are designated from 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. and will be strictly enforced. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: Parking is available for five vehicles: one in the garage and four in the driveway. This home has a Tesla charging port and space to park a small RV or boat. Do not park on the street in front of the home. A parking permit must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
