Stone house within walking distance to the sea in Ildır

The upper and lower gardens are separated by stairs; there are two independent houses and gardens. We stay in the house in the upper garden. There's also a wall in between. It is suitable for those who want to have a holiday away from the noise, with its own garden, a few minutes' walk from the free beach and the sea. There are also walking and cycling paths nearby. The house is located 5 minutes by car from the surrounding chain markets and Ildır village. Ilıca Beach is 15 minutes away by car and Alaçatı is 20 minutes away. The space A solar energy system has been installed in our house for hot water. During the summer and winter, there is access to hot water with solar energy. There is also a water heater in our house. In winter, it is possible to heat with a fireplace, and the firewood is located at the back of our house. The bunk room can accommodate 3 people, and there are spare sheets in the bed drawer. In addition, the L-shaped sofa can be opened and turned into a bed. Guest access The lower garden is completely open to guests and barbecue facilities are also available. Other things to note The maximum number of guests we can host in our house is 5. There is a fire sensor in the house and we kindly request that you smoke only in the garden.
