Welcome to our solar powered and stylish two story single house retreat located in the Southwest quadrant of Calgary. Our home is across the street from bus stop and only 5 mins drive to C-train or Highway 22 if you want to go to Bragg Creek, Kananaskis Provincial Park or Banff National Park. With easy access within few minutes drive to all services, restaurants, cinema, hospital, shops you'll find your vacation, business trip or simply a family or friend gathering in Calgary a great time. The space You and whole family will enjoy this air-conditioned accommodation with bright and sunny South facing backyard, spacious deck, 3 bed room 3 bath room and a bonus room after a long day discovering Calgary. **BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS** The house has two floors, all 3 bedrooms are on upper floor in which the spacious master bedroom features a king bed, TV, TV cables and en suite bathroom while the other two decent sized bedrooms feature a queen bed and trundle bed. The beds are complimented by high-quality linen and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep. The property boasts three newly renovated bathrooms, 2 on upper floor and 1 on main floor. 1st bathroom (en suite): Shower, bathtub, a toilet, a sizable counter and sink, and plenty of storage. Towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are provided. 2nd bathroom: Bathtub, a toilet, a sizable counter and sink, and plenty of storage. 3rd bathroom: Sink and toilet and this locates on main floor. **LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN** There is an open kitchen, spacious pantry with all essentials to prepare your favorite meals. You will find the following amenities: - Stove - Fridge - Dishwasher - Hot Kettler - Microwave - Toaster - Kitchen utensils and dishes. Additionally, you will have access to the cozy living area, which is ideal for enjoying your favorite books by the big bright window looking over to backyard. **BONUS ROOM - WORK STATION** The upper floor houses a decent sized living area with many seating that you can enjoy a movie, a board game or simply a quality time with your loved ones. If you need to work, this area also offers a dedicated work space with desk, chair, light for your need. We include TV cable services during your stay ** LAUNDRY STATION** Full size washer and dryer located on main floor ** OUTSIDE SPACE** There is backyard, deck with outdoor table and chairs you have access to that would make a great place for hanging out. Guest access You will have access to the main floor, upper floor, deck and backyard. Garage, basement and storage shed in backyard are not accessible to guests. Other things to note We have three actively recording cameras overlooking the front yard, the walkway to the door and the backyard which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property. We have a longterm tenant in the basement however our guests do not share any amenities with them. Registration details BL269693
