Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv. Bedroom#3 has 2 Queen size beds and a smart TV. Bedroom#4 has a queen bed and smart TV. THINGS TO NOTE: Ring Camera outside front door. The home has 2 additional full bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit. Parking space for up to 4 vehicles is available in the driveway. Timber Lodge is located just minutes from Shaver Lake, a California gem with sapphire blue water and tree-filled shores, surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Shaver Lake is a premier year-round destination for water skiing, hiking, fishing, kayaking and snow skiing. Sheltered coves and sandy beaches make for refreshing swimming, while dozens of nearby trails lead into the Sierra National Forest which you can explore on foot or by mountain bike. McKinley Grove is a popular stop when exploring the surrounding forest with its giant, historic sequoia trees and the gates to Yosemite National Park are just 1.5 hours away. In the winter, you're only a short drive to China Peak for snow fun! No matter your choice of nature activities, Timber Lodge puts you in the heart of it all. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
