This property is located close to the grocery store, shopping, and some of the best restaurants that the peninsula has to offer. The compact kitchen has everything you need to make the perfect picnic for the beach, or make your families favorite meals. The dining table and bar seating accommodates your whole family. The beachy decorated living room has a couch and two armchairs for plenty of seating. There is a flat panel TV mounted by the dining table for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms both have a queen bed and share the bathroom in the hall. The shared washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is room for 1 car in the shared garage. Street parking is recommended for larger vehicles, but please be aware of street signs and notices. Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity. - Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach. - We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice.
