The space The house has a cosy, coastal aesthetic to ensure you feel calm and relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Enjoy the sun-drenched courtyards all year round and warm up by the fire on a cold Winter’s night! Harold’s is a short walk to the Robe Supermarket (300m), cafes, restaurants and renowned beaches. Property has a Nespresso Inissia Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, just bring your favorite pods. Guest access Guests can access the entire house which is very well equipped with comfortable beds and bedding for 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. King Bedroom with Ensuite and TV King Bedroom Queen Bedroom Bunk Room with 4 x single beds Main Bathroom Separate Powder/WC Laundry with FP Washer/Dryer and additional WC The dining space comprises a gorgeous dining table with seating for 8 people, and the family area has a comfy 3 seater sofa with accompanying armchairs opposite a cosy wood Coonara and a large smart TV (65in, 4K HDR).  The kitchen comprises a 60cm electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, large French door refrigerator, Nutribullet and Nespresso coffee machine.  The house also has a split system heating/cooling unit to the main living area, bedroom fans, electric panel heaters and excellent WIFI. The Bungalow For an additional fee, approved guests may also book the Bungalow which sleeps an additional 8, please contact our host for pricing. It is accessed from the courtyard and contains a double room, plus 2 sets of bunks with double below/single above as well as an Ensuite and large TV. The House and Bungalow together comfortably sleep 3 families with kids. Other things to note ~Please note our house rules do not permit parties. ~We are pet friendly, but pets must remain outdoors at all times. ~This is a family friendly property; the courtyards are fully fenced. ~Weber 4 burner BBQ is available for use. ~Outdoor Hot/Cold shower to rinse off after the beach. ~Plenty of parking available. ~Linen, Tea Towels and Bath Towels (1 per person) supplied. ~We supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet on arrival. ~Firewood is not supplied and the shed is not available to guests. ~We do not make up the top of the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products.
