We rent our apartment which is 2 minutes from the beach, overlooking the ocean from the two balconies. Great for vacations and for a week or two as well. Fully equipped and furnished, it even has air conditioning. The house is lovely and more, the location. In August we enjoyed it with the girls, but the rest of the year we rent it, especially to guests from outside of Spain. We've started listing it here now; we hope you like it. The space It is an apartment with a good location in the Port of Mazarrón, overlooking the sea and two minutes away from the beach, at a price well below the average of apartments in the area. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious kitchen, a living room overlooking the beach while you have breakfast, eat or dinner, etc. It is a third floor, so it is very cool during the day and at night, you can hear the waves even if the windows are closed. We continue to do renovations, such as the mattresses, the washing machine, the smart TV, and the ceramic stove... Guest access The apartment is rented completely, not for rooms. It has all that a house can have for a long term stay, whether summer or winter. The building has an elevator. We provide fiber optic WiFi service and we also have a private garage space 200 meters away. Both services can be hired if you need them. You can put your clothes in the clothesline in the back balcony, which is next to the kitchen. Other things to note We do not rent for stays longer than 1 month; only holiday. If you come by plane to the airport of Corvera (Murcia) I can pick you up myself to go to the Port of Mazarrón, since I live very close to the airport.
