The tranquil place is strategically located near major establishments, markets, restaurants, schools, offices and super malls. It has the comfort of being at the center but it gives your needed peace and privacy. It is a place to chill and relax after a hard day's work and a place of your own while on holiday or work. A resting place in the heart of the city center! It is a home away from home. You sleep well, you chill well, you can cook your own food and can enjoy your private space at your pace! The space has 3 bedrooms (queen bed, 2 single beds) with extra pull-out beds if needed. All rooms are air conditioned. It has 2 bathrooms with hot shower. It has a veranda with a nice view with a small table and chairs. An exclusive washing/drying area is also available at deck floor in the same building. All appliances and furniture are relatively new. The Unit has a unique feel of earth theme with an African twist. Access to sky lounge (360 degree view), game area, lobby, open spaces, swimming pool, etc. The price does not include charges to swimming pool. For swimming pool, the pool is only available for guests during weekdays (except Thursday) and will need to pay an extra PHP 200 (~USD 4.0) for each guest/visit. These details may change. I respect the privacy of the guests so I allow them to enjoy the space and if needed, they can communicate to me or to my representatives via email, phone and other means as maybe required. Lots of restaurants, bars, banks and public market are very near and in most cases, can be reached by foot. Lots of restaurants can also be called for food delivery. A medium sized Mall called Wilcon Shopping Mall is about 50 meters away with restaurants, grocery, salon/barber shop, arcade, dental clinic, spa and others. Famous super malls like SM North and Trinoma are near at around 2 kilometers away. Nearby Colleges and Universities include the UP-Diliman, FEU-Diliman, Mirriam College, Ateneo De Manila University, New Era University, etc. Going around is very easy by taxi, MRT, tricycles, bus and jeepneys or by foot. Prior to checking in, a copy of ID (with photo) of all guests are required. These need to be sent via email prior to arrival. This is a requirement of the Property Management Office for security purposes, and smooth check in.
