The space This 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms place features: Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with queen beds. * 1 large queen master with ensuite and super spacious walk-in wardrobe. * The second bedroom and third one are at the rear and middle of the house, sharing a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and next to one powder room. Both have a queen bed and large wardrobe, bright and warm. - MainLounge: * Modern entertainment lounge with large smart TV. * Foxtel for free * comfortable seating area with large corner sofa that can be converted into the 4,. queen bed upon request with cost. - The second lounge is upon entrance from front door, overlooking the park green with cheerful seatings and coffee table for small talks. - The study features home-office desk and chair, portable multi-purpose desk for your playing, reading or coffee time. - The open space next to our main lounge also features a full body mirror, bamboo valet stand for large and small items. This house equipped with centralised gas ducted heaters and evaporative cooler, the controller panel is attached to the wall. Guest access The entire house is for your stay. Other things to note Extra bedding: Our apartment accommodates up to 8 guests, with 2 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable sofa bed due to limited bed availability (3 queens). There is an additional $35 fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay! Last minute same day booking: There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay. Early Check-in & Late Checkout: To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance.
