A wonderful space for everyone to enjoy. This fresh coastal property features an extensive entertaining deck, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and is positioned to enjoy all day sun! Our beach house boasts everything you could want for the perfect holiday. Mangawhai Heads is a popular destination to go to the beach, surf, swim, estuary, shops, restaurants, golf, playgrounds and of course relax. The space The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom with a queen bed and the kids room has bunks and a trundle bed. The sleep out has a California king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. A delightful open plan kitchen and living area with A/C opens out to the sunny covered deck. Separate laundry with external access and outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a great day at the beach. Large flat section, fully fenced, with room to park the boat or kick a ball around with the kids Linen is not included in the booking fee but is a optional extra at $25 per person. If you wish to include it in the booking please mention in the comments and we can make a manual adjustment. Otherwise please bring top and bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and bath mats. Travel cot is available in the cupboard, again bring your own sheet for the mattress No smoking on the property Please conserve water where possible as it is on tank water We understand you are on holiday but there is a no party policy and ask that music is turned down by 10pm onwards as a courtesy to our neighbours. House to be left in the same state as it was found on check in ie dishes cleaned and put away, beds stripped and left in a pile on the beds if linen was requested. Please remove all rubbish and any pantry/fridge items on departure, we have provided 2 council rubbish and 2 recycling bags but if you require more they are available for purchase from the local 4 Square or New World. Other things to note The bed linen for the California bed is provided free of charge Bed linen is available on request for $25 per person
