Large family country house near Wye River

Large entertaining house in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside located minutes from the River Wye. There is a live in cute cat called Marbles. Great for families , fishermen, canoe enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists and groups of friends. Relax in front of the fire, read a book in the hammock , practise yoga in spacious living area swim in the cold water swimming pool and hot tub. Huge dining / living area and lots of outside furniture. Trampoline, tree house and swings and games available. The space Room for 8 (and 2 extra - sofa bed downstairs) - 1 super king size bedroom, 2 x double rooms, and one with either twin beds or double bed (as you prefer). Outside large cold chlorinated swimming pool and hot tub. Large beautiful unfenced garden with large lawn which is wild in parts Solar panels create very hot water in the summer - water hot in summer Plenty of parking for 4 cars. Guest access The house, garden and parking is for your use only. Other things to note This property is rented with a live in cat - the cat will be fed through an automatic system (food and water) - the cat flap allows the cat to leave but she may come to the windows and door to come in (to avoid mice being brought in !). If you decide to have her come in and out through the cat flap there is a risk of mice in the house - let Abbi know and there is a humane mouse catcher we can use. Country life ! Marbles is very friendly and loves cuddles and sometimes comes for walk ! The cold pool is open and there may be a hazard for non swimmers - do not leave non swimmers unsupervised.
