Our spacious house is set on a 1058m² plot and comfortably sleeps 8 people, the full width Sunroom overlooks the large secluded south facing rear garden a perfect place to relax and unwind. For the adventurous it's ideally placed to explore Brittany. The space Set in a small village,being tranquil, private and secluded our traditional detached Maison Bretonne is located between the picturesque villages of Quessoy & Yiffinac which offer superb local facilities including supermarkets, boulangerie, bars & restaurants within 4km. The property is an ideal base from which to explore Brittany, and is on a generous plot with a secure private south facing garden and off road parking, with adjacent wood land and backing on to an open field. It is 14 km from the city of Saint Brieuc and beaches nearby include Hillion 10 km, Les Rosaire 21 km, Le Val Andre 24 km and Erquy Cap Frehel 30 km. The ferry ports of St Malo (1.0hr) and Roscoff (1.5hr) are also within easy reach. Guest access The garage and out buildings will be locked and are not part of the rental agreement. Other things to note Arrival is from 4pm onwards and we ask that guests vacate the house by 10am on the morning of departure. Changeover day is on Saturday in July and August when a seven-day minimum stay applies. During the shoulder months we offer a four-day minimum stay and flexible changeovers. 60euros for cleaning,200 € for the dommages has to be paid arrival day , 15 euros for electricity has to be paid when you check out.
