Your apartment is located on the first floor. It has approx. 75m2 and can accommodate 4 people in two bedrooms (matrimonial beds 200x180cm). Apartment is equiped with air condition, satelite TV and wi-fi internet. There's a fully equiped kitchen, with dishes and diswasher as well, large bathroom and a terace with partial sea view. Price is for the apartment on the first floor (not the whole house). There are two private parking spaces in front of the house, one is for the guests (on the right, next to the stone wall) and one for us. Please don't use more than one parking space. House is located in Strunjan natural park on a very quiet and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, approximately 600 meters from the nearest secluded beach in preety Moon bay (but the road is very steep... first uphill and then downhill), or 1000 meters of easy flat road from a public beach in Strunjan near hotels Laguna and Svoboda. There are many hiking and cycling tracks arround the property, or you can also take a trip to Piran, Izola or Portoroz nice coastal towns with many restaurants, shops and other activities. Strunjan is just 3 km from Portoroz and Piran, 8 km from Croatian border, 32 km from Trieste, 39 km from Lipica, 116 km from Ljubljana, 165 km from Bled and 196 km from Venice. We can arrange a boat trip if you are interested. Guest access There are no keys, just digit the code to open the doors. Other things to note It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside. Check in time is after 15:00, check out time before 11:00. Please leave the apartment by 11:00 latest, because it's difficult for the cleaning lady to prepare the apartment for next guests, if she doesn't start at 11:00. Please note, that there will be no food in apartment on your arrival (not even salt, oil and winegar), so please buy everything you need before arrival. Cleaning lady throws away all food leftovers from previous guests.
