Clanoc Cottage is an easy 5 min stroll to Berrima Village. Bedding includes 2 Queens and a King Single, with trundle, all with electric blankets and lovely linen. Brand new bathroom, well stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining, large yard, beautiful lounge dining room with panelled walls and open fireplace. Antiques and other collectibles create a unique, warm space an ideal base to explore The Highlands, or simply relax in the delights of Berrima. The space Clanoc Cottage is perfect for a couple, friends or a family. Combination of floorboards and carpet, old and new, rustic and industrial, we have created a space that is both relaxing and functional. Contemporary bathroom & central gas heating are the only "modern" elements of our 75yo cottage. Grounds include a well established garden with Elms, Maples & fruit trees. Exterior is basic, but the interior is blessed with good light and instant central gas heating for the colder climate of The Highlands. Guest access All the cottage and garden is yours to enjoy, however the laundry, which is external, requires a keycode provided on request. There are 3 steps from driveway to garden path, and 6 steps from path to front door. Front of house is lit by an auto sensor on approach to entrance steps. All steps, including back verandah and kitchen porch have handrails, however extra care ought be taken with the elderly or toddlers on stairs. Other things to note Clanoc is gorgeous and quirky. Light switches are marked on the house notes. We are in a small town and a quiet street (apart from market day which is once a month) so no parties are permitted to ensure neighbours are not disturbed after 10 30pm.
