Outside there’s a BBQ area with fire pit. Catering for everyone we have a basketball ring and sandpit for the kids. We also have beautiful wooden fences and well kept gardens for bridal groups wanting somewhere to get ready and room for beautiful photos. A family relaxing house with Netflix available for you to log into your account. Past guests always comment that they had so much space and weren't living in each others pockets. There's a brand new service station / shop just on the corner for those last minute things you forgot to grab. A great place for workers / tradies as there's so much room for everyones vehicles/trailers. We often host workers for the week as it's so close to town and room for everything they need to bring. We offer to do your shopping if you want that theri on arrival or perhaps something special set up for a special give away. Flowers or gift voucher. All you have to do is let us know if your message and we'll have it there when you walk in. We are often a great stop over for people on their way to the snow as we are located halfway between Adelaide to Melbourne and then Sydney to Melb or Adelaide. If you have a special request please message us as we'd love to help. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and gardens while on your stay. Everything is supplied for you to walk into like it's your own home from cutlery, washing powder, towels all the way to games for the kids and novels for you to sit back and enjoy. We will message you the day before you arrive with details about unlocking the house. Other things to note We can suggest lots of things for the family to do while visiting beautiful Swan Hill . It's a relaxing lifestyle without the hustle and bustle right on the Murray River with beautiful Parks, a cinema, the Pioneer Settlement, War museum, Lake Boga ... we could go on forever but why not book and come and see for yourself.
