Relax with the family in a lakefront cottage on Paradise/Haas Lake 5 min drive from Haliburton, sitting on a large deck overlooking the beautiful Paradise Lake. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room provides the ultimate gathering area. Enjoy the day on the lake while swimming, boating, fishing ,warming from wood fire pit (firepit wood not provided). Enjoy Amazing sunset views in the lake from your Dock .All winter activities are very close. Emergency Generator in case of power outage. The space This Lakefront picture-perfect 4-season cottage (Can sleep +/- 10) features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living/family rooms, a large deck overlooking the water, and a fire pit. 3 large bedrooms on two levels. On the main floor, the master has a queen bed, Futon (Sofa Bed) . The second has a queen bed and a twin bed. On the lower level, the third bedroom has one double, one Twin bed & one bunk bed(double in botom/twin in top) in it. Lower-level large living/family room has sofa sets & TV. In addition, we have two extra mattresses. There are 2 Bathrooms in the main floor. 1 - 4pc (sink, toilet, bath shower), 2- 4pc main (sink, toilet, bathtub). The kitchen is open to the living room. There is a separate dining area. Well equipped with all required appliances: fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave, Island with seating. Smart T.V, Wi-Fi unlimited internet. fireplace, a Walkout to the BBQ porch & Firepit. A large deck overlooking the lake. Lower-level table tennis, smart TV. Firepit, dock, kayak, canoe, pedal boat, Jon boat. And you have emergency Generator on in few secs in case of power outage to make your stay comfortable. Enough Driveway parking for 4-6 cars. Your rental includes access to Canoe, Kayak, Paddle boat and Jon Boat, some life Jackets. From June to Sept. From October to May, not provided, 2. We do not supply fishing rods, snowmobiles, sea-doo, and skating equipment, so, please bring your own. 4. We provide cleaned Towels, bed sheets, Duvets/Blankets, pillows and other linens. Guests can use their own if they want. Keep everything as clean and organized as possible at check-out. Towels & linens are inside use only. Other things to note Guests' responsibility is to dump the garbage and recycle bags at the nearest Landfill area (detail guidelines near the bins at the house). If you failed to dispose of your waste, we will charge you an extra $75 for disposing of your garbage bags. 1. Garbage bags (disposal) which you will find in the kitchen cabinet. Everything will go in transparent bags. 2. As per the house rules guests acknowledge responsibility for their own actions and will not hold any of the owners of the cottage responsible for any injury due to slipping on the driveway.
