The space The main level features a cozy living room complete with a wood-burning fireplace, a 32" flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals. Enjoy dining at the table that comfortably seats four, and take advantage of the full bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The master bedroom offers a king bed (two twins with a common headboard) and a TV, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Upstairs, the loft features a queen-sized bed and a 42" flat-screen TV, along with an attached full bathroom, providing a private retreat for guests. Highridge Condominiums boasts a plethora of amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, hot tub, indoor pool, and private saunas. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival. ​​​​​​​With stunning views and an excellent location for exploring the great outdoors, Highridge Condo E10 is the perfect choice for families and groups seeking relaxation and adventure in Killington! *Security deposit required during check-in-Review house rules for more details. Guest access We offer a fully remote check-in process for your convenience. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
