Grace by the Sea is a beautiful seaside bed and breakfast retreat. The house is on a private beach access road. It is a part of a Permaculture Homestead that has a garden and orchard. There is an abundance of flora and fauna. The beach is 50ft from the front door. There is an above ground pool, outdoor lounging area with Oceanviews. It is located between Galeria Point and Mission Beach. There is 1 bedroom and a daybed in the living room. Meals are available upon purchase from the menu. There is a private gym on the property available for guest use for a small fee. Close to a variety of tourest destinations and beaches. This is a very peaceful, private, fully furnished beach house. It has breathtaking sea views. It used to be a part of a wildlife reserve. It has since been transformed to a permaculture Homestead. It was built to utilize the natural Seabreeze for cooling and has a kitchen garden. The bathroom and shower are in separate rooms which make it efficient for community use. All common areas are shared with the owner who lives on site. The kitchen is fully loaded with necessary appliances and some other kitchen necessities that you may have access to. The living room is open concept with a dining area looking out to the ocean. Guest access Guest are able to use all common areas such as the living room, kitchen dining room, veranda, pool area. The gym is available for a fee. During your stay I am available on site in my office. I will be available to guest anytime during their stay at reasonable hours. The business office is located on the property and will be open 7am -5pm 7days a week. The kitchen and bathroom is share with the owners. Other things to note The back and side yards are off limits.
