The living room offers a convertible corner sofa with a 140 bed and a mattress topper for extra comfort (all the essentials for making the bed are in the sofa box). It has a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix and an office area (the desk is also extendable and can be used as a table). On the first floor, a beautiful bedroom consisting of a 160 queen size bed, an armchair and a dressing room. It is also equipped with a fan. The second floor bedroom is on the mezzanine of the first bedroom, it offers a 140 bed as well as a baby crib (available behind the dresser), it also has a pouf that turns into a floor mattress for one person. This room is a real small playroom with some toys and children's books, it is secured by a barrier at the top of the stairs. It is also equipped with a fan. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower to relax, towels, shower gel and a hair dryer for your comfort. The small laundry room with its washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as everything you need to wash your laundry if needed. For your safety, the home is equipped with smoke detectors on all floors, a fire extinguisher in the kitchen closet and a first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet.
