Nature Retreat on Mandalay

Welcome to beautiful Magnetic Island! Nature Retreat on Mandalay is located in a sprawling tropical resort and has a secluded, relaxing feel which will see your stress levels just melt away. You won’t want to leave! Take in the sights, sounds and fresh air of the beautiful surrounds from your front patio. Immerse yourself in the unique nature experience within the resort seeing wallabies, kookaburra and lorikeet feeding, and even koalas. Your Island experience begins here! The space Our one bedroom family apartment features a private bathroom, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, and a kitchenette. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a single + sofa bed in the living area. The resort itself has, for your use, a bar, restaurant, tennis courts, BBQ facilities, kid’s playground, a shared laundry, and a magnificent magnesium swimming pool. Yes, we are located within a resort but we are a private letting. The location is perfect, with local shops, cafes an IGA supermarket all close by for your convenience. Guest access We are located on Mandalay Ave, Nelly Bay with an easy bus ride from the ferry terminal to the front of the resort. Private taxi and car/scooter hire is available on the Island, we recommend pre-booking.
