Paradise Point Ocean Front Home-Close to Airport

Welcome to Paradise! The islands of Exuma is like no other in the Bahamas. Paradise Point is a 2Bedroom/2Bath Oceanfront home w/beautiful private beach located just 2 miles from the airport & close to Georgetown. The house has a main bedroom&bathroom, and has a 2nd bedroom & bathroom in the lower level accessed from a separate entrance. The island of Exuma is the Bahamas most beautiful, friendly&safest. There is endless possibilities of how to spend your days in paradise making memories. The space The main level has a kitchen, living room, dining area, main bedroom is a king bed (new pillow top mattress January 2022) and bathroom. The sofa in the living room (new in January of 2022) is a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The house has wifi. The lower level (accessed from separate entrance) has a queen bed (new pillow top mattress in January 2022), twin bed (new pillow top mattress in January 2022) and a bathroom. The entire house has an Air Conditioning system. There is a washer and a dryer as well as a clothesline. Guest access We have parking at the house for 2-3 cars. Other things to note The beach is your own private beach. Not a shared beach or part of a resort. We have 2 kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling gear, blue tooth waterproof speaker, a grill and more!
