Paradise Point is a 2Bedroom/2Bath Oceanfront home w/beautiful private beach located just 2 miles from the airport & close to Georgetown. The house has a main bedroom&bathroom, and has a 2nd bedroom & bathroom in the lower level accessed from a separate entrance. The island of Exuma is the Bahamas most beautiful, friendly&safest. There is endless possibilities of how to spend your days in paradise making memories. The space THE SPACE: A private, fully-equipped beach house — not a condo, not a resort. The main level has a king bedroom, full kitchen, living area with panoramic ocean views, and a queen sleeper sofa. The lower level (private entrance) has a queen and twin bed with its own bathroom. Sleeps up to 6. Modern updates throughout, A/C in every room, fast fiber WiFi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, gas grill, and ice maker. THE BEACH & WATER: Step off the deck onto your own stretch of sand on Tar Bay. Everything's waiting: 2 kayaks, paddle board, 5 sets of snorkel gear, beach chairs, Yeti cooler, and a waterproof Bluetooth speaker. The reef just offshore is unforgettable. THE ISLAND Exuma is the Bahamas' most beautiful family island — safe, friendly, and endlessly fun. Swim with the famous pigs, go bone fishing, deep-sea fishing, sailing, or just do nothing at all. Georgetown (main town) is 10-11 minutes away with restaurants, grocery stores, and local life. There are also several restaurants, bars, grocery & liquor stores near by. YOUR LOCAL CARETAKER Our caretaker is your secret weapon. Airport pickup, grocery pre-stocking, restaurant reservations, excursion booking, private chef, beachside massages, and trusted local car rental — she handles it all. Guest access We have parking at the house for 2-3 cars. Other things to note The beach is like having your own private beach as it is not a public beach, isn't a shared beach or part of a resort. We have 2 kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling gear, blue tooth waterproof speaker, a grill and more!
