A staircase will lead you to the upper level unit. Your space is the upper unit. Oven, stovetop, refrigerator and cookware available in the full kitchen. There is a small workspace with a desk. Local artists work are featured on the walls and we are currently looking for more to add (let us know if you’re a local artist! We’d love photography, paintings, or other creative works) A washer & dryer are available in the basement for guest use. Free street parking. Front door street level facing street & back door v ia steps to balcony facing alleyway. Message through the app with any questions This space is located in Lincoln Park. Part residential and part industrial, up-and-coming Lincoln Park is also known as the Craft District, with makers of leather goods and pottery sitting alongside artisanal bakeries and independent breweries. Restaurants serving locally sourced fare, contemporary BBQ, and pizza are clustered on W. Superior Street. The Duluth Children’s Museum offers interactive exhibits, including a House of Mirrors free street parking What we are: -Hygge House is a multi family home built in 1907 making it over 100 years old -This is an upstairs unit of a duplex. - is situated in a busy, bustling neighborhood with residential homes and businesses, with moderate vehicle and foot traffic -is nearby local restaurants, shops, churches and is directly on a bus line -There are narrow stairways, no elevators, and the space is not wheelchair accessible at this time. There are no handles or floor friction in the shower/bath.
