Set in the rural and panoramic context in the hilly area of Torre Boldone, the room has a separate entrance with a private bathroom and is ideal for one/two people. The room can be reached by car, the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away, and you can park inside the property. Cool on warm summer evenings (so much so that it does not need air conditioning!!), warm and cozy in winter thanks to the comfort of independent heating that you will be free to manage. The space It is a bucolic double room of about 25 square meters equipped with a queen-size bed with a "memory" mattress and a "memory foam" topper so that you can rest at your best. It has a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a TV (only Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, THERE ARE NO DIGITAL TERRESTRIAL CHANNELS), Wi-Fi, and a wardrobe. The private bathroom has a shower and toilet with a hand shower. There is a minibar with various drinks and snacks for a fee. We provide our guests with a shower towel, towels, sheets, and soft pillows. Equipped with shampoo, soap, small courtesy beauty set. During the night, the silence and tranquility will allow you to rest at your best. The room has air conditioning but is naturally cool, and in summer the internal temperature never exceeds 20/21 degrees! You can receive breakfast or dinner to order at the time of booking with an extra contribution. If you need a taxi, we can offer you this service at a discounted rate. Guest access Our farmhouse has a garden that enjoys a wonderful view of the city below, a platform on the tree is at your disposal for an unusual and romantic aperitif or to read a good book among the privacy of the foliage of three centuries-old red maples in which it is inserted, we have the possibility (from September 2022, with advance booking) to give you an hour of body massage (relaxing, decontracting...) from the expert hands of our July. The surrounding garden is not available for guests, but if you want to enjoy the coolness in summer or the beautiful view in winter, you can use the tree stilt house.
