The space Sinclair Cabin at a Glance • Bedroom: One full bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, cozy linens, and storage for your belongings. • Loft: Second-floor loft with two full-size beds—perfect for kids, friends, or extra guests. • Living Area: Open living space with a fireplace, comfy seating, and room to relax after a day on the lakes or trails. • Kitchen & Dining: Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all essential cookware. Dining area seats 4–6. • Bathroom: Bathroom with tub/shower combo, washer/dryer, and fresh towels. • Outdoor Space: Wrap-around porch with a small seating area to enjoy the Thoroughfare, plus a grill and fire pit for cookouts and cozy evenings under the stars. Easy access to lakes, trails, and Martin’s General Store. This layout ensures families or groups can spread out comfortably while enjoying a cozy, rustic Maine cabin experience. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cabin, including the bedroom, loft, living area, kitchen, bathroom, wrap-around porch, grill, and fire pit. The only exception is one closet in the loft, which is not available for use. Other things to note • Pets: We welcome dogs at our cabin! Please note that no other types of pets are allowed. • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Smoking: No smoking on the premises. • Events & Parties: The cabin is intended for private stays; large events or parties are not allowed. • Noise: Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. • Parking: Parking is available on the property for multiple vehicles. • Accessibility: Please note the loft is accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations. • Safety & Supplies: The cabin is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, fresh linens and blankets. • Seasonal Comfort: The cabin is heated in winter and has A/C for summer stays.
