The space is about 400 square feet and you have it all to yourself with your own keypad code entry and parking spot. (Your parking spot is a shared carport, park in spot 1) Sleeping: There's 1 queen bed 1 sofa bed (cushions and back can be removed to become a twin size bed) 1 twin size memory foam floor mattress *There is central air conditioning in the house but no individual control for guests. I live in the house and can make adjustments based on your request. I also provide fans and space heaters for you to use, if desired. *QUIET PLEASE. Please be mindful about shutting doors and drawers softly (including car doors). The sound can transfer and disturb myself and other guests. (If you tend to "live loud," consider renting my unit 1 space; it's a duplex next door and better suited for groups who live at a higher volume). *NO PETS in this unit. If you have pets, consider renting my unit 1 space next door. Guest access The entrance is on the back deck. Parking is off street with a car port. Guests have said they find it convenient that parking is so close — about 20 feet from the entrance. There is a main public bus route right in front of the house. There are also many places close enough for walking and several walking paths. The MccLelland trail, about 100 yards up the street. Other things to note Quiet hours after 11pm.
