Nature cabins in Morvan

Complex of two cabins in the Morvan. In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, in the middle of an undergrowth, immerse yourself in the life of yesteryear. Reconnect with Nature and simple things with this complex of two Trapper/Western-inspired cabins. A lounge cabin, office, library. A second serves as a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and toilet (dry toilet). Solar panel and electricity. For water, drinking water tank system, foot pump. Heated Nordic bath. The space A desire for a change of scenery in wild surroundings? Cabanes Nature Morvan is the place for you! Morvan is still one of the few wild and uninhabited places. Sometimes nicknamed Little French Quebec with its softwood forests, lakes... The cabins are made of wood, insulated and equipped with a wood stove which allows comfort in all seasons. Alternative operating systems govern indoor life: dry toilets, solar panel for light and small fridge (emergency electricity). For water, we have set up a system with a tank and foot pump to bring back drinking water and the wastewater goes into cans which are then used to water the flowers and shrubs. So the products, dishwashing liquid, natural shampoo will be provided to limit the impact on the environment. We have put thought and great care into the systems put in place but they require some adaptation. You must adapt to Nature and its resources and not the other way around! You have a terrace, a Nordic bath that is heated with a wood stove, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue... The solar energy system allows the connection of 220V appliances in the house. No TV… we watch Nature as our favorite show! Cell phone service is available (4G). For the bathroom you have a clogged bathtub, jugs and you have to heat the water for the toilet. Towels are not provided. For the kitchen area you have a gas stove and utensils, dishes etc.... For bedding, a large 2 m by 2 m bed in an alcove, like in the old days. Linens are provided for the large bed but not for the two small mattresses. Two single mattresses can accommodate a second couple or children. Possible to provide a baby crib.
