An Authentic Fishing Village Experience The villa is located near a traditional fishing village where you can truly feel the rhythm of local life: fishermen heading out to sea, pulling in their nets, and selling their daily catch. This is not a tourist destination but a living community, allowing you to immerse yourself in local culture and enjoy fresh seafood prepared at the villa’s BBQ area. Simple and Meaningful Moments Spend your days walking along the shore, relaxing by the private pool, or quietly observing village life. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit to share stories and enjoy peaceful moments with your loved ones. Spaces to Connect and Unwind Share meals in the dining area or enjoy an outdoor BBQ under the open sky. The rooftop terrace offers sea views — perfect for watching the sunset, enjoying a drink, or spending a quiet moment under the stars. Important Notes About the Local Experience This is a coastal village community, so you may hear morning loudspeaker announcements and occasional evening sounds such as karaoke, especially on weekends. The beach is not a tourist beach and is mainly used by local fishermen. Depending on the season, it may not always be perfectly clean, but it remains raw, natural, and closely tied to everyday fishing life. This villa is ideal for guests who appreciate authenticity, local culture, and a peaceful stay close to nature and everyday coastal life. Guest access You can enjoy full access to all the amenities the Villa provides, including shared living areas, a dining space, a relaxation pavilion, a private pool, and a rooftop area. Ordering food from local restaurants or buying fresh seafood directly from local fishermen is easy and convenient. Local markets are open in the morning (6–11am) and along Highway 55 in the afternoon (2–5pm). Guests may contact the housekeeper directly to discuss meal preparation. This service is subject to availability and can be arranged upon arrival. There is a drinking water faucet next to the sink connected to a water purifier, providing safe drinking water. Other things to note 📘 Important Notice (ID / Passport Requirement) According to Vietnamese law, all guests must provide a photo of their passport (foreign guests) or ID card (Vietnamese citizens) for temporary residence registration with Immigration and local authorities. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 📘 Please read this guest guide carefully before arrival 1. Natural surroundings The villa is surrounded by nature. Depending on the season, there may be insects and tropical animals. Please bring insect repellent, especially for mosquitoes. 2. Grocery and essential shopping Before arriving, please stop by a supermarket in the city to buy food and supplies, as there are no shops within walking distance. We provide one scooter so you can go to: • Local market (2 km away): open in the morning only, offers Vietnamese items (no cheese, butter, or pasta). • Afternoon roadside market on Highway 55: open from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Local residents do not speak English. 3. Buying seafood If you would like fresh seafood, you can: • Pre-order from local sellers by phone for home delivery. • Ask the host to help you buy directly from local fishermen. It is recommended to bring food from the city and store it in the fridge if you plan to have dinner at the villa. 4. Supermarket trip If needed, the host can arrange a round-trip ride in a 7-seater car to the central supermarket (about 25 km, approximately 30 minutes). 5. About the beach The nearby beach is located in a small fishing village and may not be as clean as tourist beaches. Depending on the season and ocean conditions, natural materials from offshore may occasionally wash up on the shore, and you may also see fishing boats or fishing equipment along the beach. ⚠️ A few notes to help you enjoy your stay • In rare cases, power or water interruptions may occur due to local infrastructure in rural areas. These situations are beyond the host’s control, and refunds cannot be provided. • Riding the scooter should only be done if you have a valid license and riding experience. For your safety, we do not recommend riding if you are not confident or familiar with local traffic. • From time to time, especially on weekends, you may hear karaoke from nearby homes as part of local community activities. If complete quiet is important to you, please consider this before booking. • For long-term stays (more than 28 nights), housekeeping service is available once per week (Friday or Saturday) upon request. • Cooking oil and basic spices are provided once at check-in only.
