The space A Coastal Retreat Close to Nature With its striking white facade, the Villa blends beautifully with its seaside surroundings. It offers four tastefully designed bedrooms, each oriented in a different direction for a unique and private experience. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining area, a relaxing pavilion, BBQ zone, and a rooftop terrace—perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy time together. Explore the Fishing Village The Villa is conveniently located near a charming fishing village where guests can experience authentic local life and enjoy freshly caught seafood in the BBQ area. Create Meaningful Memories Spend your days exploring the beach or lounging by the private pool. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit to share stories and connect with loved ones. Spaces to Connect and Unwind Enjoy meals together in the dining area or savor an outdoor BBQ under the sky. The rooftop terrace offers stunning sea views—ideal for a sunset drink or a quiet moment of stargazing. Please note that this is a lively local area, and occasional evening sounds such as distant karaoke may be heard, especially on weekends, adding to the authentic village atmosphere. Guest access You can make full use of all the amenities that the Villa provides, including a fire pit, a fully-equipped kitchen for food preparation, a dining area, a relaxation pavilion, a private pool, a rooftop area, and more. The villa has already supplied charcoal for BBQ grilling, rice, spices, and cooking oil. You can easily order food delivery from local restaurants or purchase seafood from local fishermen right at your doorstep. Local markets are open in the morning (6-11am) and along Highway 55 (2-5pm). There is a small faucet located next to the sink that is directly connected to a water purifier, providing a suitable source of drinking water. Other things to note 📘 Please read this guest guide carefully before arrival 1. Natural surroundings The villa is surrounded by wild nature. Depending on the season, there may be insects and tropical animals. Please bring insect repellent, especially for mosquitoes. 2. Grocery and essential shopping Before coming, please stop by a supermarket in the city to buy food and supplies, as there are no shops within walking distance. We provide a scooter so you can go to: Local market (2 km away): open only in the morning, offers Vietnamese items, no cheese, butter, or pasta. Afternoon roadside market on Highway 55: open from 2–5 PM. Local residents do not speak English. 3. Buying seafood If you want fresh seafood, you can: Pre-order with local sellers via phone for home delivery. Ask the host to help you buy directly from local fishermen. It’s best to bring food from the city and store it in the fridge if you plan to eat dinner at the villa. 4. Supermarket trip If needed, the host can arrange a round-trip ride in a 7-seater car to the central supermarket (25 km, ~30-minute drive). 5. About the beach The nearby beach is in a small fishing village and may not be as clean as tourist beaches (there may be litter, fishing boats, or equipment). ⚠️ A few notes to help you enjoy your stay In case of power or water outages caused by local infrastructure, we’re sorry that refunds cannot be provided. These situations are rare but can happen in rural areas and are beyond the host’s control. Riding a scooter should only be done if you have a valid license and experience. For your safety, we do not recommend riding if you're not confident or unfamiliar with local traffic. On weekends, you may hear karaoke from nearby homes – it’s a fun and low-cost form of entertainment among locals. The volume usually decreases after 10 PM, as per local regulations. If absolute quiet is important to you, please consider this before booking.
