Michel, accompanied by his mother Marianne and his wife Nathalie, has completely renovated his grandmother's house in order to welcome you and make you enjoy the calm and the view of the Alsatian vineyard. This fully equipped cottage is ideally located in the center of Marlenheim labeled green resorts, close to all amenities (bakeries, shops, restaurants, public transport...) and at the entrance of the Route des Vins d 'Alsace. The space You will have the whole house. The entrance is on the ground floor, where you will find a 1st bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is located upstairs. This kitchen is open to the living room and living area with a sofa bed and TV. On the same floor is a 2nd bedroom with 1 king-size bed and a bathroom with toilet. A large private terrace of 60m2 will be at your disposal. You will find a large table with chairs, a parasol, chairs and a gas barbecue. You can enjoy the calm and the view of the vineyards. In the attic, a large relaxation area is at your disposal with its sofa bed and pallet benches. On the same floor is a 3rd bathroom with toilet and 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 4 single beds. On request, you can charge your electric vehicle for a flat rate of €7.50 per night. A deposit of 500 euros will be requested at the beginning of the stay.
