Winter mountain views from kitchen & main bedroom. The cottage can fit 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1 bathroom, with midcentury-modern decor and a well equipped kitchen. The cozy living room has a large picture window, Roku TV w/cable, and decorative fireplace. Level 2 EV charger (J1772 plug) available on request. The space Kitchen: Stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, small countertop dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso, electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, blender. Well equipped for those who love to cook: plenty of pots and pans for cooking and baking, plus herbs and spices, oils, vinegar, and other cooking essentials. Living Room: This sunny room with decorative stone fireplace and large picture window is a great space for hanging out, reading, or playing games. There is a good collection of books, board and card games, and jigsaw puzzles. Dining Room: Midcentury modern dining table, secretary desk, hutch, and a retro chandelier. Main Bedroom Queen size bed with side tables and a dresser. The sliding door opens onto the deck and provides a beautiful view when you wake up in the morning. USB outlets for easy phone charging. Second Bedroom: This room with a double bed, dresser, and cable-equipped Roku TV has a crisp white look and twinkling fairy lights. Bathroom: Small but recently redecorated with a rain shower head. Hair dryer provided. Deck: Accessible from the main bedroom, this deck runs along the back of the house and offers a beautiful view of the former pasture, with wintertime mountain views. There is a table and chairs for four, plus two comfortable chairs—fill the bird feeder and enjoy watching the birds, and keep your eyes out for deer, wild turkey, groundhogs, rabbits (and, rarely, bears). Patio: The patio out front has a glass-topped table for four where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a late afternoon drink. The Land: Willow Hill Cottage is at the top of a sloping former pasture of almost an acre. Enjoy it for playing games or nighttime star-gazing. The property is home to many native plants, including a fledgling pollinator garden in progress behind the weeping cherry tree out back. Please note that the two outbuildings (the studio next door and a dilapidated barn at the back of the property) are not part of the rental agreement and are off limits. In addition to the Nest doorbell camera, there are two security cameras outside the house, one overlooking the driveway and one at the opposite corner of the house. A Level 2 EV charger (with J1772 plug) is available upon request (contact me for code for access). Guest access You will have access to the whole main floor of the house. There is a walkout basement which is not occupied—it is used for storage and is not available to guests.
