Private oasis in the historic district of Baños Del Inca. Pool water is directly from the natural hot springs. This is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath home with private pool, full kitchen, living room and dining room. 10 minutes away from the town of Cajamarca. This home is located in the exclusive residential community of Laguna Seca. Travelers visit the public Inca baths located two blocks away. Located one block away is the Baños Del Inca Mercado, where you can food shop all local produce. The space The pool, outdoor shower and half bath are located on the ground floor. The bedrooms, living room and dining room with two full bathrooms and one half bathroom are on the second floor of the home. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Walk to the Plaza de Armas in Baños, one block away is the Baños Del Inca market to find groceries, walk to restaurants, cafes and bars. There’s public transportation to Cajamarca one block away on the main road. Guest access You will have full access of the second floor of the house. Private entrance to the second floor. The pool is located on first floor but you will have full access during your stay. We have a pool maintenance person that will come in as needed to clean pool and refresh the thermal waters for your use nightly. Please do not touch the pool machinery, it is very delicate and may result in burning the pump. Any cost for damage will be billed to the guests. Other things to note Our pool gets drained and cleaned overnight, we have a handyman come in to service it at night (or early morning) up to you. The water needs 4-6 hours to cool off before use. Please let us know if you plan to use the pool in the evenings or during the day. That will help in scheduling maintenance. Our water comes straight from the hot springs.
