Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. Guests will also have access to the shared pool and jacuzzi. Please be advised that amenities as pool, gym and parking are all managed by the building and not us, hence we do not charge a resort fee and can't be responsible for amenity availability during your stay. Other things to note Check-in time is after 3pm. Early check in may be available for an additional $50 fee before 3PM. Late check out may be available for an additional $25 per hour after 11AM when available. Unauthorized late check out is subject to a $250 fee plus the hourly rate. We are do not allow pets, if we find there was an unauthorized pet in the unit, there will be a $250 cleaning fee. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit, if we find you were smoking in the unit there will be a $250 cleaning fee.
