Large, gorgeous home, great for entertaining & prime location between Kirkwood Village & Timber Creek Ski Lifts. Ski to the bottom of the driveway from Home Run Trail when getting off the mountain. 5 minute walk to lifts. Vaulted ceilings, warm fireplace, deck with panoramic mountain views. Spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances & all amenities. The space The home is situated between chairlifts 7/9 Timber Creek (5 min walk) and chairlifts 5/6 Kirkwood Village (10 min walk). There is also a free shuttle that picks up at the bottom of the driveway and will take you throughout the Kirkwood Base Area. There are two Master Bedrooms, each include a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, a smart TV, a full bathroom and private balcony. The third bedroom is a loft converted to a bedroom with large windows and beautiful views; includes a queen bed, a queen futon, smart TV, Pac-Man table (with 60 arcade games) and board games. The main level living space includes an additional full bathroom, kitchen, smart TV and fireplace. Upper deck off of the living room includes a gas grill and outdoor furniture. BED CONFIGURATION Sleeps 10 people in beds; 3 queen beds and 4 single beds (2 sets of bunkbeds). BR 1 - one queen, bunkbeds, en-suite bath BR 2 - one queen, bunkbeds, en-suite bath BR 3 - one queen (plus one queen futon) *please note, bedding is not provided for the futon* All Smart TVs include Hulu (full cable package), Netflix and Disney+ already registered. Parking: Property is a corner unit in a culdesac. Parking for one vehicle in the garage, and one additional vehicle in front of garage under deck. Additional parking for one extra vehicle located along the private driveway. No parking is allowed in the culdesac, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal during the winter season. There is also a 1-bedroom cottage located around the lower deck of the property.
