Tiny house with its own forest garden

Set in an old Breton farmhouse, my house will be your cozy nest during your stay. I fell in love with this ruin that I renovated to make it my refuge in the heart of nature. It is not a 5-star hotel, and I hope it will delight you with its naturalness and the care I have taken with its old stones. Small, it nevertheless has everything you'll need to feel at home. I am happy to entrust it to you so that you can have a good time relaxing. The space The small house, completely renovated by me, was converted from a 17th century farmhouse, in the heart of a hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. It offers a living room on the ground floor with a living room/kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. On the mezzanine is the bedroom consisting of a double bed and a single mattress. A wardrobe allows you to store your belongings. It is ideal for two people or a couple with a child. The 3rd bed is a mattress placed on the floor, in the location you want. The small window above the front door does not have a curtain, so consider taking a mask for the night if the morning sun bothers you. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, teapot, pancake maker and other various utensils. Storage areas are available for your shopping. Equipment is provided for dogs: bowls (under the sink), basket, blanket, towels (under the water heater). Please avoid bringing them upstairs as much as possible. The garden is fully fenced so that they can stay there freely and safely. For you, books, novels, comics, guides and other fun accessories are at your disposal. You can enjoy the garden as you wish. A small table is there for you, to be installed wherever you like. Another more rustic table is placed under the oaks. A hammock can be hung in the trees for a little nap in the shade. Two deckchairs are also available. This garden is quite wild, like a small forest. Apart from a few plantations, it is left voluntarily fallow and makes its life, to best accommodate the local fauna and flora. Linens and towels will be available. Extra blankets are stored in the bedroom closet. This tiny house is a haven of peace in the heart of nature. So there is no wifi yet! Remember to download your Netflix series before coming or bring a good novel ;) An automatic laundry is present in Pipriac (closest village for all amenities) 10 min by car next to the Super U in the gas station. Two clotheslines are installed between the trees in the garden. Before you leave, please strip the beds and gather the used towels and tea towels. Linen and concierge fees are included in the cleaning fee. Check-in is autonomous with a key box. A small guide awaits you on site to show you the house and its specificities :) I remain available for any questions and there are people on site if there is a problem. Guest access The whole house is for you, as well as the garden. The left side and the barn are private at this time. The central part, still under construction, is prohibited from access (presence of gates), please do not attempt to enter. Other things to note Two parking spaces are available within the property. The gate is old, please don't abuse it. You can leave it open if you like. The right side opens very easily. The one on the left needs to be lifted with the metal bar, so as not to rub the floor.
