The house Blisko Natury Brenno (65 m²) is located on the edge of the forest, in the very center of Brenno, and is designed for 6 guests (when booking directly, 5 extra beds are possible, for a maximum of 11 guests). The house is equipped with a premium standard: private hot tub on the terrace, garden Finnish sauna, free sports bikes, two-person kayak. The entire comfortable house with a private Jacuzzi (electrically heated) and a Finnish sauna is at your disposal. Also included in the price are: * a two-person sports kayak * 6 sports bikes. Other things to note We keep things tidy so that our guests feel comfortable. By making a reservation, you enter into a real estate rental agreement (Article 659 of the Civil Code). We do not provide hotel services. We prepare the house according to the number of people specified in the booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If you would like a higher temperature up to a maximum of 40°C, there is an additional charge of PLN 50/night. Finnish sauna. The sauna has its own electricity meter (PLN 4 / 1 kWh). The sauna can be used without restrictions. Additional fees: * fee for a person beyond the number reported in the reservation: PLN 500 / night / firewood: PLN 35 / 30-liter bag, available on site in larger quantities. Use of air conditioning: PLN 30 / 24 hours (automatic air conditioning up to 23°C, billed every 24 hours). * tourist tax: PLN 2.50/person/night. * Early check-in or check-out (if possible): PLN 200. * Pet fee: PLN 80 / night * Changing the water in the jacuzzi on request: PLN 300. The beds are equipped with duvets that match the size of the beds. According to the agreement, there is a “no parties” policy on the property. To organize a party, please book directly. Contractual penalty for organizing a party when booking through Airbnb: PLN 2,000. Time is important to all of us. Let's respect ourselves and other guests. Failure to check out on time without prior approval will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 1,000 for every 30 minutes. The contractual penalty is intended to discipline Guests to leave the property in accordance with the concluded agreement so that we can prepare the property for subsequent Guests. Guests are required to separate waste. Failure to comply with the sorting requirement will result in a contractual penalty of PLN 300. The Guest's review after the end of the rental agreement may relate only and exclusively to the performance of the concluded rental agreement.
